Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA) Management
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their challenges and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment in HR initiatives and business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive talent management initiatives and align them with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to HR issues.
- Address concerns and feedback from stakeholders promptly and effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and HR initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management, demonstrating insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Monitor industry trends to inform talent acquisition strategies.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs within the organization and work to implement appropriate development programs.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure all talent acquisition and HR practices comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
