About Maatrum:

- Maatrum Technologies Private Limited is a real estate title diligence and verification company. We are an Indian start-up creating an Online Real Estate Title Verification system powered by technology.


- We have developed proprietary software, which integrates with and extracts documents from multiple government websites to download encumbrance certificates, revenue records and other key documents.


- Our team of in-house real estate lawyers and paralegal professionals utilise the output from this proprietary software to furnish title diligence reports and various other legal documents that are used by banks and NBFCs to process home loans and loans against properties where the collateral is an immovable property.


- We are operating in 6 states with offices in 5 strategic locations with a growing employee strength of 200+ professionals.

Success in the Role: (What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing)

- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, your day will include consulting and partnering with the business and internal team members.You will continue the great work already in place to uncover their business requirements and help them through the interview and selection process, whilst ensuring we maintain our employment brand to attract top diverse talent to join Maatrum

The Work: (What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?)

- Collaborating with the leadership team in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies, and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.

- Be the trusted advisor that BUs can reach to understand talent availability and market intelligence.

- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes from exceptional market research, candidate generation, interview process, and offer extension.

- Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, and the offer-to-join ratio for the BU, and talent experience.

- Experience in hiring talent in niche skill sets and supporting the large business units that required leadership hires per quarter

- Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.

- Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.

- Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

- Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets.

Ideal Profile:

- Any bachelor's degree or Law degree with strong recruiting experience (8 -15) years of overall work experience.

- Legal recruiting experience will be an added advantage

- This role will be based out of Chennai (work from office only)

- This role should be capable of delivering results as an IC and manage lean team and delivery
