Manager - Talent Acquisition
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill new manpower requirements.
- Analyze and finalize job descriptions based on role requirements.
- Publish job descriptions across relevant platforms and job portals.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and collect feedback from interviewers.
- Conduct document verification for selected candidates and negotiate salary offers.
- Coordinate with the IT department, HR team, and respective HODs for smooth onboarding.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation and induction programs for new hires.
- Manage third-party hiring processes and newspaper advertisements for recruitment needs.
Education & Work Experience:
Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment or consultancy roles (Fields of specialization Sales, Real Estate, Construction & Finance.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- This role is critical to ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent, aligning with business objectives and fostering a productive workforce.
