Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, assessing their potential to contribute to sales objectives and market penetration.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain high-quality channel partners.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to partners on our products or services, sales processes, and marketing materials.
- Ensure partners have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively market and sell our offerings.
- Evaluate and monitor partner performance against agreed-upon targets and KPIs.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to partners to improve their performance and achieve success.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and consistency of channel strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards programs.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on channel partner operations, outcomes, and growth prospects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or a similar role in channel sales or business development.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
