Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including real estate agencies and brokers, to expand our sales network.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Train and support channel partners on our property offerings, sales techniques, and marketing tools.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and increase sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for channel sales.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, partner performance, and market trends for senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
