"NKlusive" is an exclusive intermediary of NK Realtors dealing in "Premium & Luxury Homes".

As a Channel Partner Sourcing Head, your responsibilities will include:.

Guide team to identify and on-board new channel partners.

Develop strong channel partner network and guide team as well.

Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.

Manage the performance of existing partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.

Guide team to collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.

Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.

Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.

Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing and incentives.

Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.

Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experienced in team handling role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good presentation skills.

Has good network of Real estate Channel Partners of Hyderabad Location.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Strong objection handling.

Ability to work independently and also lead a team.

A desire to learn and grow in Real Estate sector.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of team handling experience for Team of Real Estate Channel Partner.

Industry Preference Real Estate.

Education: Graduation in any domain.
