Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set and track sales targets for the team and individual team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Resolve customer issues and address customer concerns.
- Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities and performance.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast sales trends and develop sales budgets.
- Conduct sales training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Recognize and reward top performers.
Required Skills:
- 4-11 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Proficiency in a second language
