Role Overview:
The AGM - Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in managing talent acquisition strategies at the group level, focusing on both campus hiring and leadership recruitment across all group companies. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, robust hiring methodologies, and a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for campus hiring and leadership recruitment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives.
Campus Hiring:
- Build and manage relationships with premier institutes for campus recruitment.
- Design and execute campus engagement programs, internship initiatives, and management trainee programs.
Leadership Hiring:
- Drive executive search and leadership hiring initiatives across all group companies.
- Leverage networks, headhunting, and strategic sourcing to attract senior talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted partner to business heads and HR teams, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between hiring managers and candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement best practices in assessment, selection, and candidate experience.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years in talent acquisition, with significant experience in both campus and leadership hiring.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in diversified business groups, conglomerates, or large organizations preferred.
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
