Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, handle employee complaints and grievances, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage HR budget, control costs, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment firm or a similar industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Professional certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are desirable.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software, including HRIS and recruitment management systems.
