Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as the Brand Communications and Social Media Manager.
- In this role, you will oversee all aspects of brand communication, manage our presence across social media platforms, and ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, shoots, and materials for OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphics and video editing.
- Proficient in creating graphics, templates and editing videos.
Brand Communication:
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align branding and marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, including OEMs and distributors.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) to grow engagement and follower base.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency to plan shoots, content and timeline.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars with engaging and on-brand content.
- Monitor analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI.
Shoot Planning and Execution:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee product photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of visuals for online and offline marketing.
OEM Kit Management:
- Create and update comprehensive marketing kits for OEM partners, including product catalogs, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that kits are professionally designed, up-to-date, and reflect the brand's image and offerings accurately.
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and creative content ideas tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure all visual and written materials adhere to the brand's guidelines and tone of voice.
Trend Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, branding, and the footwear industry.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance the brand's visibility and positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand communication, social media management, or a similar role. ( appreciated not necessary).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Experience coordinating and managing photo or video shoots is a plus.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
