Manager HR TA and Client Relation
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives for our clients, guiding them through the recruitment process, and implementing effective hiring practices.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to each client's unique business goals and cultural needs.
- Client Consultation: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on recruiting best practices, workforce planning, and talent market insights.
- Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Insights and Analytics: Provide clients with data-driven insights and market analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and make informed hiring decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes and practices, incorporating innovative sourcing and selection methods to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with clients to enhance their employer brand, crafting compelling value propositions and helping to position them as employers of choice in their industry.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, policies, and industry standards, promoting ethical and effective hiring practices.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
