Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead in the field of Technology, Real Estate Capital Markets and Home Loan Sales.
- Screen and review resume against specific requirements, schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates.
- Engage in background verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, presentation, analytical and interpersonal communications skills.
- Recruiting Experience including "selling" our company, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating salary a must.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet given timelines.
- Self-motivated, dependable and hunger for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts across key departments, including Technology, Real Estate Capital Markets, and Home Loan Sales. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Screen and review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and coordinate interviews. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication. Conduct background checks and reference checks on shortlisted candidates. Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates. Assist with the onboarding process, including new hire orientation and employee paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively and efficiently. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Advise management on employee relations matters.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting for technology, real estate, or financial services industries is highly preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
