Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads generated from our digital marketing platform into site visits. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that potential clients are effectively guided through the initial stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Reach out to leads provided by our digital marketing platform through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Site Visits: Schedule and arrange site visits for prospective clients, ensuring they receive a positive and informative experience.
• Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and provide relevant information to address their needs and concerns.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and follow up as needed to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry. If not, freshers are also acceptable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
