Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Tele-calling: Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls to provide information about our products and services.
• Inside Sales: Support the sales team by managing leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into customers.
• CRM Software Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain and update customer records, track interactions, and manage sales pipelines.
• Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining customer databases.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Documentation: Portal entry, documents collection, filing and maintaining records.
• If any other task assigned by company, candidates must be open for that.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele-calling and inside sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates from the manufacturing industry are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly desirable.

Compensation:

• CTC: As per industry standards and based on current CTC.
