HR Head - Steel (Confidential)
Job Summary:
- As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human capital strategy to support the growth and transformation of our clints steel business.
- You will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the development and retention of top talent.
- This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can integrate HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational change, and build a future-ready workforce.
- Age Not more than 50 Years
- Manufacturing background is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals and long-term vision.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and design talent strategies to support business growth and transformation.
- Drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, including mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion.
Talent Management:
- Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Implement performance management systems that drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Organizational Development:
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across the organization.
- Design and deliver change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a core component of the company's culture and talent strategy.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct regular workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring adherence to local labor laws.
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, government bodies, and industry associations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives in a complex, global organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and build a high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics.
