Chief Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Building up a star team who are capable of achieving 3 times business growth and also in taking charge in times of need
2. Responsible for the Entire Employee Life cycle management
3. Developing and implementing HR strategy roadmap to align the same with the business strategy and imperatives.
4. Develop, Review, streamline, formulate and implement HR Policies & Procedures to align the same with the best practices in the industry.
5. Introduction of best HR system, process, digitization etc.
6. Implementation of Performance Management System through facilitating the setting of robust KRAs, periodic review, annual appraisal and feedback process via Performance and Development Dialogue and roll out of 360 degrees feedback process.
7. Implementation of Competency Mapping process across the organization and linking the same to Training Needs Assessment and rolling out Learning & Development initiatives.
8. Spearhead Leadership and Organization Development Initiatives.
9. Create a strong Employee Ownership culture in the organization
10. Facilitate define organizational vision, mission and core values and implement culture change initiatives.
11. Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement levels and carry out a periodic survey to measure the same.
12. Diagnose causes for employee attrition and initiate steps to drive retention levels.
13. Monitor and implement required measures for statutory compliance in the related areas.
14. Consistently benchmark with the best practices in the industry to implement modern HR practices.
15. Assess the existing level of automation in the HR areas and lead implementation of technology wherever appropriate and essential.
16. Roll out of a robust Compensation and Rewards Management philosophy, Compensation Benchmarking Practices, and Compensation Survey.
17. Introduction of Job Evaluation tools for institutionalizing a 3P approach - Position, Person and Pay.
Qualifications & Experience Required : Full time PGDBM (HR)from a reputed Institute with 15- 20 years of relevant experience.
Industry Exposure : Manufacturing ( Preferred Steel )
