Talent Acquisition Business Partner
LOCATION: Gurgaon
Job Description:
The key responsibility of a TA Business Partner is to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals:
- Understand Business Needs on Talent both immediate as well as long term
- Strategic Workforce Planning with HRBPs: Collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand the organization's current and future talent needs. Conducting workforce planning to identify skill gaps, work with sourcing teams to develop talent pipeline, and ensure the availability of qualified candidates to support business objectives.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and programs to attract, source and hire top talent. Aligning recruitment strategies with AD employer brand and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Determine Candidate Shortlist: Conduct intake meetings and thorough candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance, and ensure a collaborative partnership throughout the recruitment process. Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Upholding employer branding strategies to enhance the company reputation and attract top talent. Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback and a seamless candidate journey.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Championing diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition efforts.
- Talent Market Insights: Staying informed about the external talent market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks. Providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding market conditions and talent availability.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS.
- TA Projects: Involve in projects to continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes, policies, and procedures. Implementing best practices, staying updated on recruitment trends, and suggesting innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical skillsets
- A passion for finding, and hiring great people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism .
