The charter for this role will include:
- Hiring the best talent for across functions and business units- including tech, non-tech and leadership roles
- Co-build hiring strategies that fit the needs of the business
- Build the best (smartest, most scalable, high NPS, fast) processes for sourcing, evaluating and attracting the best talent
- Ensure high NPS across candidates, panelists and hiring managers
- Understand the nuances of business model and culture at - identify talent that is a good fit- become the gatekeeper for who joins the team.
- Build an all-star org of recruiters- hire, train, manage and help them perform at the highest level
- Contribute to building employer brand. Help become a better talent magnet
Ideal Persona would:
- Have10+years of experience in talent acquisition
- Have experience across 0-1 scaling at startups and the 1-10/10-100 journey
- Have at least 2+ years of team management experience
- Be extremely resourceful at sourcing, evaluating and convincing talent
- Be extremely good at first principles problem solving- be able to close atypical positions / think of innovative solutions while working with constraints
