Job Description
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of network systems.
- Lead the team in designing, configuring, and maintaining network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining service continuity.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other measures to protect data integrity.
- Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, ensuring they are proficient in the latest networking technologies and practices.

Working as Network Engineer you will get very good opportunity to get hands on multiple device platforms. Also the work load pushes you to learn the skills like patience, how to handle situation etc . One important thing want to share that even though you are as fresher you do not have any limitations for work space. Overall its excellent opportunity to work here
Compensation os decent but growth is slow.Also there is no on job training for freshers hence it may happened you to take step by step guidance most of time which is pain but its good thing too this makes you responsible person earliest
