Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel to support business decisions
- Analyze large data sets across multiple sheets to identify mismatches, insights, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial performance and develop strategies for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other financial tools to support business needs
Preferred candidate profile
- Commerce Graduate with 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, Lookup functions, Sum Ifs, Count Ifs, macros, and data visualization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with large data sets and complex financial models
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
- Certification in finance or accounting, such as CA, CFA or CPA
- Experience working on ERPs such as Blackline and Alteryx
