Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze secondary research findings from credible sources such as academic journals, industry reports, government databases, etc.
  
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for new projects and contribute to project planning.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending conferences, seminars, webinars, etc.
  
• Develop comprehensive research reports summarizing key insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in business research or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution in any specialization.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• Candidate need to be okay with rotational shift ie 24*7 shifts
