Group Manager - Process Training - eLearning/Instructional Design

Skills required:

• Experience in BPO industry for minimum 8-10 years and 5+ years into Training
• Thorough understanding of training domain, Training Content optimization along with Adult Learning principles/ Andragogy
• Knowledgeable on the Domain - Utilities
• Should have good communication skills and would be interacting with internal stakeholders and to some extent with the end clients
• Should have analytical ability and ability to understand the business impact of nos including impact on Resource Planning, , Resource optimization, and the Learning Curve ROI
• Should be able to manage multiple teams and multiple location by providing KPI and driving it
• Should have in depth understanding of training metrics and impact to business metric
• Should have in depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements
• Must be aware of tools like Go Animate, Captivate and videos, articulate etc.
• Should have worked on various training methodologies and have knowledge on Instructional designing
• Should have done Market Research & analysis on training models and should know what is happening in the training industry
• Should have worked on Innovative projects on digital transformation for training
• Should have knowledge of various digital tools & Instructional designing mandatory
• Should have knowledge to drive operational improvement projects (training related)
• Upkeep and maintain training content
• Proficient at excel and power point creation
• Daily client interactions as its a Client facing role
• Should have been trained in six sigma lean methodology
• Must have undertaken cost reduction of revenue generation projects resulting in training return on investment

Location: Mumbai ( Vikhroli/Thane)

10 plus years of experience in Training required with minimum 7 years of experience in Instructional Design/eLearning
