Job Summary: As an Instructional Designer at Team Computers, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences using various instructional design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design learning content, including e-learning courses, L&D presentations, curriculum materials, and training modules.
• Utilize Articulate Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and objectives.
• Design assessments, quizzes, and simulations to evaluate learner comprehension and performance.
• Ensure learning materials are visually appealing, interactive, and aligned with instructional design best practices.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and e- learning technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in instructional design, content development, and curriculum design.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline (required), Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design innovative learning solutions.
