Senior Group Manager - Corporate Strategy & M&A

M&A Development of thought pieces relating to M&A activity, trends and key drivers Assist in the due diligence process, analyzing target company financials, operations, and industry trends.

Prepare detailed financial models to assess the impact of potential M&A transactions and structured deals (Carveouts/Partnerships).

Support the valuation process for target companies.

Assist in conducting market research and industry analysis.

Prepare presentations, reports, and investment memorandums related to potential M&A opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.

Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.

Assist in post-merger integration activities.

Corporate Strategy

Monthly and Quarterly Board reporting Ad hoc projects for Senior Leadership, both for internal and external purposes Analysis of WNSs business, including financial performance relative to competitors and market share across industry sector and region

Location Strategy and Research

Competitor and Industry tracking (Secondary research and analysis) Interactions with individuals in various parts of the firm, including the Executive Office, , Investor Relations, etc.

Required Qualifications CA/CFA/MBA.

At least 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate strategy finance, or M&A advisory preferably with a Big 4 consulting firm or reputed PE/Investment bank or Corporate Strategy/Development team.

Project Management

Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

Proficiency in conducting due diligence and financial research.

Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies.

Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial statements.

Analytical mindset including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making

Ability to work on flexible schedules to cover different time zone globally

Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize as necessary

Proficiency in MS Office suite and financial modeling tools.

Work Location : Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid 2-3 days work from Office)

Individual Contributor Role

Shift Timings : 11 AM - 8 PM or 12 to 9 PM | Should be flexible with shifts

Consulting background in IT BPM, corporate strategy, analytic, modelling skills, general business modelling, basic accounting concepts, P&L, analytics Financial modelling,

MBA in finance , (2-4 Years relevant) 5-6 years of experience in business and financial modelling skills and exposure, good in excel, ppt, Market data, sales pitches board notes, market research, should be able to work independently etc

Should have good experience in Finance (building P&L from scratch, understanding of CashFlow, & Valuation models etc)

M&A and strategic projects (Corporate Development)

Working with Data, leading the projects, competitive study, dealing with ambiguity, critical business - stakeholder management (Sr Leadership, CXO level)

CA, CFA, MBA - Premium institute (specialization in Finance)
