Role & responsibilities
To handle a team, manage their roster, attendance and leaves.
Preferred candidate profile
Good yrs of experience in travel industry - Air ticketing, reservation, re-issue, refunds, exchanges etc.
Team handling / managing experience.
Roster Management / Attendance / Breaks / Leaves.
Must have GDS knowledge - Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo.
Must be comfortable to work in 24x7 shifts - rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
