Role & responsibilities
Handling customer calls/call Audits pertaining to Insurance queries on Claims, Underwriting, Recoveries and Collections.
Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines.
Insurance knowledge will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 yr BPO / Non BPO Exp.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment
Any graduate
Candidates with insurance experience would be an added advantage
