Job Description:

WNS is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in International BPO operations to join our team in Mumbai (Vikhroli). The ideal candidate will have exceptional people management skills, a proven track record in SLA management, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team handling International BPO operations.
• Drive operational performance to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Ensure SLA adherence and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Manage team performance, attrition, and engagement to ensure high productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and provide strategic solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in an International BPO environment, with at least 3 years in an Operations Manager role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience in SLA management and driving operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
