Job description:

• Role: Operations Lead
• Location: Bhopal / Indore, Work from Office
• Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST, Daylight saving 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights to senior management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.

Requirements:

• Overall 5+ years and specific 3+ years of experience is required in Operations.
• Strong understanding of operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
