Position: Marketing Manager

Experience: 8+yrs of proven Bench sales / US IT Staffing exp.

Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Location: Remote

Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (Permanent night shifts)

Timings: - US Shift (6:00pm to 3:30am IST, Day light savings 7:00pm-4:30am IST

Salary: Excellent Hike On Current CTC + Additional project bonus

Job Description:

1. Its similar to a bench sales role but its does not have rigid targets.

2. Direct coordinating with clients, implementation partners, and vendors.

3. Marketing H1/L1/F1 marketing involved, also no expectation to approach the candidates and bring on our payroll so no need to build the bench. Need to do only marketing.

5. Comfortable and proficient to take up calls to market Bench Candidates for 4+ hours

6. Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and job hunt as per Bench Candidates.

7. Must have good understanding of Bench sales and candidate placements on various technologies

8. Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.

9. Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination, coordination with internal team and maintaining time sheets, etc.

10. Generate, Interact and Develop vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis
