Looking for someone who:

• Has at least a bachelors degree
• Has at least 10 years of experience as Business Development Manager in Bench Sales
• Who can market bench consultants effectively and build strong, lasting client and prime vendor relationships.
• Can train and mentor associates working in the team
• Obtains requirements from Tier-1 vendors, job portals, and professional networks.
• Has knowledge of USA visa categories like 1099/W2/H1/H4/L1/L2/E3/C2C
• Submits candidates for job opportunities, handle rate negotiations, and coordinate client interviews.
• Keeps a detailed and updated database of consultants and clients and generates daily reports as per the company needs.
• Uses job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and similar platforms to find suitable clients and consultants
• Manages multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
• Displays high energy, motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team environment and communicate effectively.
