Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of junior and mid-level team members.

- Python (3.10.12), Django REST Framework (3.14.0)
- PostgreSQL (16.3), Redis
- AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
- Celery, JWT tokens, API security, Firebase
- Tools & Platforms: PyCharm/VS Code, Postman, pgAdmin/DBeaver
- Operating Systems: Linux/Windows
Core Requirements:
- Experience: 6-11 years of Python development with advanced expertise in Django.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Shift timings: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
