We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with LinkedIn expertise to join our dynamic team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent for our clients in the tech industry, leveraging LinkedIn and other tools to identify, engage, and attract candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage IT professionals through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT recruitment space and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and talent sourcing for IT roles.
• Strong experience in IT recruitment (Software, Hardware, Networking, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Prior experience in part-time, remote work is a plus.
