In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless supply of interviewers across 2000+ technology stacks while leading a dynamic team to meet operational goals and maintain high-quality standards. Job responsibilities:

• Interview Panel Supply Management:
• Ensure the availability of on-demand interviewers across 2000+ technology stacks to meet the operational team's requirements.
• Fulfill panel supply requests in alignment with operational needs, including for weekday and weekend drives.
• Team Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance of the interviewer supply team by assigning and tracking targets to ensure completion.
• Monitor the quality of profiles sourced by the team on a daily basis.
• Maintain a performance sheet to track and evaluate the team's efficiency.
