Senior Recruitment Specialist ( 4-8 yrs )

We are looking for solid enthusiastic and energetic Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professionals with good experience and knowledge, who want to operate in a culture where we move fast, take risks, and fear mediocrity.

Location: Work from Office- Indore

Job Type: Full-time

Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

Shifts: 12:00PM to 9:00 PM

Role & responsibilities:

• End to End Recruitment, from sourcing till joining.
• Identifying and hiring the best possible candidate as per the requirement.
• Source, screen and take telephonic interviews.
• Keep a proper track and follow up of each & every processed candidate.
• Maintain a proper database for all the sourced profiles.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals and social networking platforms.
• Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
