Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive Web Neural Infotech's growth in the Netherlands. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and a passion for building successful partnerships. Freshers with a keen interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive (Netherlands) , your key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and industry trends in the Netherlands.
    • Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
  2. Client Acquisition and Management

    • Generate leads and reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
  4. Brand Representation

    • Represent Web Neural Infotech at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
    • Build a professional network within the Netherlands to generate new business opportunities.
  5. Reporting and Feedback

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on market trends and sales performance.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software (training provided for freshers).
  • Familiarity with the Dutch market and business culture is an advantage.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers welcome).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (preferred for experienced candidates).
  • Flexibility to work in time zones aligned with the Netherlands market.
