Frontend Architect

As the Frontend Architect at WN Infotech, you will lead the frontend development team with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architectural Design and Strategy : Define and implement the overall architecture and technical direction for the frontend systems, choosing frameworks, libraries, and tools that align with project goals. You will create scalable and maintainable architecture that can support high-traffic applications and complex user interactions.
• Framework and Tool Selection : Evaluate and select the most suitable frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries, with an emphasis on performance, modularity, and reusability. Your expertise will drive the frontend technology stack for new and existing projects.
• Code Quality and Best Practices : Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across the frontend team. Ensure code quality by implementing automated testing and continuous integration processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with backend architects, product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Performance Optimization : Implement advanced performance optimization techniques to ensure that applications load quickly and run smoothly on all devices. You ll work on minimizing rendering times, managing resource consumption, and improving page load speed.
• Scalability and Security : Design frontend solutions that are secure, scalable, and capable of handling increasing user demand. Ensure compliance with security standards and implement features to protect against security threats.
• Technical Mentorship : Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, guiding them on best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles. Help them build a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies.
• Innovation and Research : Stay updated on the latest advancements in frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks. Experiment with emerging technologies and assess their potential for enhancing WN Infotech s frontend capabilities.

To excel as a Frontend Architect, candidates should possess the following technical and professional expertise:

• Expertise in Frontend Frameworks : Deep knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React , Angular , or Vue. js . Understanding of core principles, component-based architecture, and state management techniques.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript : Advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript are essential for building robust applications and ensuring type safety across projects.
• Experience with CSS Preprocessors and Libraries : Proficiency in CSS, Sass , LESS , or CSS-in-JS solutions. Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• API Integration and GraphQL : Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for seamless data retrieval and interaction between frontend and backend systems.
• Version Control and CI/CD : Skilled in using Git for version control, as well as experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Web Performance Optimization : Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and image optimization.
• Browser Compatibility and Testing : Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and experience with testing tools like Jest , Mocha , Cypress , or similar frameworks to ensure application stability.

• Educational Background : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience : Minimum of 6 years in frontend development with at least 2 years in a senior or architect-level role. A portfolio demonstrating experience in architecting complex frontend systems is advantageous.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify architectural challenges and provide solutions that enhance scalability, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership : Experience leading technical teams or projects, with a strong focus on mentorship, collaborative problem-solving, and innovation.
