Job Summary

As an Employee Relations Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and maintaining effective relationships between the company and its employees. You will oversee employee relations activities, resolve workplace issues, and promote employee engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee conduct.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote positive employee relations and enhance management skills.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to implement initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e. g. , SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e. g. , SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and implementing employee relations programs.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
