Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution of workplace issues.
Employee Well-being: Implement programs and policies that promote employee well-being, including health and wellness initiatives.
HR Metrics: Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce productivity, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
