Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process remotely, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating virtual interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the virtual onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive first impression of the company.
Employee Engagement: Help organize and execute virtual employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive remote work environment.
HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation in digital formats, including updating the HR management system.
Learning and Development: Participate in planning and coordinating virtual training sessions and workshops.
HR Projects: Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, compliance, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
General Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks remotely as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
