Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst - Corporate Budgeting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing budgets to optimize financial performance. You will play a key role in providing data-driven insights, forecasting financial outcomes, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and manage corporate budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct variance analyses to compare actual results against the budget and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and support budget planning.

Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.

Monitor financial performance metrics and suggest improvements for cost optimization.

Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing financial trends and market conditions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

Automate budgeting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of budgeting principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel (advanced), SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Background :

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A master s degree (MBA in Finance or equivalent) or professional certification (e. g. , CFA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.

Experience :

2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate budgeting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing budgets for mid-to-large organizations is a plus.
