Description:
1.Financial Planning and Analysis.
Analyze project costs, forecast cash flows, and prepare financial reports. 2.Property Tax Computation
Prepare the computation of Property tax as per Local guideline 3.Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation.
Provide real-time financial insights to the project and management teams.
4.Strategic Advisory:
Offer strategic advice on investment decisions and financial planning
Monitor market trends and advise on cost forecasting and budgeting strategies
Support decision-making with comprehensive financial data analysis
Prepare MIS as per Concession Agreement & update it with the KPI
Check the Financing Agreement entered by the Concessionaire with Financial Institution about its correctness w.r.t entered Concession Agreement
