Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Strategy Specialist to lead and optimize IT product sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This role demands a combination of strategic planning, market analysis, and exceptional communication skills to achieve ambitious sales targets in a dynamic industry.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development

    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies for IT products to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to align sales plans with business objectives.
    • Identify and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
  • Account Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations, contract closures, and post-sales engagement.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting

    • Monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring consistent tracking of targets and goals.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration and Training

    • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
    • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Technology and Market Awareness

    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Strong understanding of IT products, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot for sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their impact on sales.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3-8 years of experience in IT product sales, business development, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT sector.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
