Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• The core responsibility of BH will be to increase Sales/Revenue.
• Act as the main revenue driver by leveraging your expertise in the MSME sector, product-sales and market development.
• Regularly assess and review the business operations, identify areas of improvement and work with the team to create solutions that will improve the overall performance of the business.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as the companys policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead the team effectively to ensure all operational goals are met and exceeded.
• Leading and motivating the team on-ground and ensuring maximum productivity. •Acting as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the existing client and expand the client portfolio by identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

• Qualification BE/ B.tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
• Experience : Minimum 4 to 8 years.

Skills

• Should be a strong “Sales” oriented leader. Driving revenue will be a very important requirement.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical products technical details and manufacturing process.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute projects.
