We are Ion Techniques, one of the leading manufacturers of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems in India. Our head office is located in Dindigul, with branches in Chennai, Kochi, Goa, Bangalore, Trivandrum, and Tiruppur.

We are looking for freshers to join our company as Trainee Engineers with a starting take-home salary of ₹15,000, along with free accommodation at the work location (Chennai, Kochi, or Trivandrum). Additionally, we provide group insurance and safety equipment.

We offer on-the-job training, with the salary beginning from your first day of joining. The work will follow a rotational shift schedule.

You will be working as a Plant Engineer in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant. There you will have to monitor the unit operations of how the water is getting treated. You have to take care of the equipment , electrical panels, maintain the pumps , blowers , plant housekeeping, reporting the happenings in the plant in the WhatsApp group for the particular site on shift basis.

You will be observed for a period of six months. Based on your performance and interest, you may be promoted to one of our departments, such as Design, Engineering, Projects, Purchase, Service, Stores, Manufacturing, or Proposals.
