• Knowledge of Treatment Processes: Understanding of physical, chemical, and biological wastewater treatment processes.
• Equipment Handling: Proficiency in operating and maintaining treatment plant equipment, such as pumps, aerators, and filtration systems.
• Chemical Handling: Ability to manage chemical dosing and understand the interactions of various treatment chemicals.

Analytical Skills:

• Water Quality Testing: Experience in sampling and analyzing water quality parameters like pH, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD).
• Troubleshooting: Capability to diagnose and resolve operational issues within the treatment plant.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Environmental Regulations: Familiarity with local and national environmental laws and standards related to wastewater treatment and discharge.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and Management: Ability to lead a team, manage daily operations, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for reporting and coordinating with regulatory bodies and other departments.

Additional Certifications:

• Safety Training: Certifications in industrial safety and hazardous materials handling are beneficial.

Experience: 5-10 years

Qualification: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
