Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Finance Executive.

Responsibilities:

1. Verification, Booking and processing of the employee claims/reimbursements

2. Verification and Accounting Entry /posting of Credit and Debit Notes

3. Coordinate with the Employees for processing of reimbursements and resolving the queries

4. Preparation of the provision for expenses and its comparison with actuals

5. Ensure proper Record Keeping & Filing

6. Experience of working in the ERP environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance in the Food sector.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must.
