Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Witan Excel and On-boarded Clients):
- Develop and implement HR strategies. Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. - - -
-Manage and monitor employee performance. Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts. -
- Manage payroll and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements.
- Workforce planning with departmental heads. Design and manage recruitment budget.
- Develop job descriptions and job specifications. Strategize to lower recruitment costs while attracting top talent.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Conduct onboarding activities. Formulate, Update and Implement HR policies.
- Streamline HR processes. Manage employee benefits programs. Conduct legal compliance monitoring.
- Prepare and recommend HR policies and procedures. Conduct background checks and salary negotiations.
-Maintain HR databases and employee records. Manage employee attendance systems. Conduct performance appraisals.
-Facilitate employee engagement activities. Handle employee grievances and retention. Manage full and final settlement processes
Preferred candidate profile
MBA in HR or equivalent degree 4-8 years of experience in HR management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software Strong leadership and management abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements
