Job Description for Finance Transformation (FT)

Finance transformation (FT) Manager / Sr Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the transformation and automation projects within Finance function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and strategic impact. This role also involves migration of activities to Shared Service Centers to ensure process effectiveness leading to cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed Finance Transformation strategy with potential benefits.
• Lead and complete Transformation projects with successful UAT and go-live support.
• Process improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, reduce turnaround time.
• Change Management Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across functions with close interaction with IT.
• Migration Monitor migration of activities to shared service provider, identify new opportunities for migration and ensure uninterrupted delivery in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger activities.
• Month end closure – Support and monitor month end closure activities to ensure accurate and timely book closure including Ind-AS adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CA with proven experience in similar roles for 3-7 years.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, SFDC,) and other tools.
• Extensive Experience Automation / Transformation, Project Management and Change Management, Stakeholder management.
• Awareness of new tools, technologies, best practices
