Experience : The candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in electrical product

industry with exposure to Specification Sales

Role : Application Manager reporting to Country Head

Industry Type : Electricals / Switchgears & related Electrical project sales

Education : Degree/Diploma in EEE / ECE. MBA in marketing will be added advantage.

Skills : Past experience of working closely with the Electrical Consultants / Project

influencers

Functional Area : Electricals Product Sales - Institutional / Retail

Job Summary

• Work with Specification Electrical Consultants to get ESE Lightning Protection
• brand included in the specifications.
• Objective will be to generate BOQs with specification. Conversion of BOQs to sale
• need to be followed up with the Sales Team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To implement strategies for the Electrical Consultants / Electricity Authorities / EPC
• Contractors / Government and Public entities / Facility Managers by driving the ESE
• Lightning Protection product specifications.
• Approving ESE Lightning protection products with consultants, contractors, and
• builders for projects and get the brand included in BOQs.
• Provide comprehensive lightning risk assessments and propose ESE lightning protection
• designs in AUTOCAD, prepare tender specifications, BOM to meet the guidelines as set
• out in NFC 17-102: 2011.
• Expand market share with addition of new Influencers / customers (Electrical Consultants
• / EPC Contractors & PMCs etc.) & generation of business from existing clients.
• Secure value-added product sales through demonstration of the key features and benefits
• of the company products and systems
• Market intelligence and competition analysis: collect from Consultants & Contractors
• competitors specifications, technical data and documentation, pricing…
• To inform customers of latest industry regulation changes and new product/system
• developments.
• Support area sales managers with all technical issues
• Support contractors during the tendering process
• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for specification and product category wise
• sales.
• Achieve specification to sales conversion rate (for specified products)
• Organize training meets for new/existing products with consultants, contractors, end
• customers.
• Branding and PR-initiatives to market the company and positioning throughout the
• industry.
• The Candidate should be ready to travel extensively in and around Mumbai with monthly
• visits to down south regions of Maharashtra and some Part West Region.
