Position: (Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP Marketing) Banking and NBFCs.
Job Locations: Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai.
Salary: As per Company Standard.
A tech graduate with MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
Position Overview:.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in selling software solutions, products, and digital transformation services to large Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, an extensive network within the banking and NBFC segment, and a proven ability to drive growth through effective team management and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire large Banks and NBFCs as clients, achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the banking and NBFC industry, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Leverage existing network and actively engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand the pain points and challenges faced by Banks and NBFCs and position the company's software solutions and digital transformation services as viable solutions to address their needs.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand the company's presence in the banking and NBFC segment.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and technological advancements relevant to the banking and NBFC industry.
Qualifications and Skills:.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years and above experience in selling software solutions, products, and digital transformation services to large Banks and NBFCs. (at least 3 4 years' experience in above, out of the total experience, is a must).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the banking and NBFC segment.
- Strong network of contacts within the banking and NBFC industry, with established relationships at decision-making levels.
- Excellent understanding of the banking and NBFC sector, including industry trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
